Day 1
This includes a day trip to Arusha National Park with a scenic drive and a picnic lunch. The Ngurdoto Crater is stunning; Momella Lakes are serene. Many animals live in this diverse park-from Colobus and vervet monkeys, bushbucks, buffalos, red forest duikers, hippos, elephants, warthogs, olive baboons, dik-diks, and giraffes. For the bird enthusiast, there is much to admire, especially the park’s rich waterfowl population.This sight of thousands of flamingos gracing the big lake is a spectacle that, if fortunate, might be viewed with splashes of pink across the landscape.
